Returns and Refunds
We offer a full refund under the following circumstances:
If the product received differs from what was ordered.
If the shoe received has any manufacturing defects.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@caldri.shop within 7 days of receiving the item. Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange for a pickup. Kindly ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in an unused condition.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy allows you to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, will also be required.

Once your exchange is approved, you will receive store credit, which can be used within 30 days of issuance.
